These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on www.sjdwardrobe.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices
All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be adjusted at any time. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase is the final price charged.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment service providers. Available payment methods (including Klarna) are shown at checkout.
If you choose Klarna, Klarna’s terms and privacy policy apply. SJD Wardrobe AB does not store or have access to full payment or card details.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.
We may cancel or reject orders due to pricing errors, technical issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Any payments received will be refunded without undue delay.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Sweden.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier.
The risk for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Under Swedish and EU consumer legislation, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging where possible
Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. If Klarna was used, refunds follow Klarna’s procedures.
7. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method. SJD Wardrobe AB is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipment.
8. Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@sjdwardrobe.com as soon as possible.
Complaints are handled in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Approved complaints may result in repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
9. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SJD Wardrobe AB or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
SJD Wardrobe AB is not liable for indirect damages unless such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue with customer service, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes may also be settled by a Swedish court.
