At SJD Wardrobe, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Below you will find information regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and related terms.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Sweden. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, PostNord. The available delivery options include:
- Service Point Delivery – delivery to your nearest service point
- Home Delivery – delivery to your home address (where available)
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
For deliveries handled by PostNord, you can manage your delivery directly in the PostNord app, where you may be able to choose delivery preferences, redirect your parcel, or track your shipment in real time. We recommend downloading the PostNord app for the best delivery experience.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, selected shipping method, and order value. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before completing your purchase.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Undelivered or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or if it is not collected from a service point within the carrier’s time frame, the customer may be charged for return shipping and any additional handling fees.
Delays & Liability
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, SJD Wardrobe cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
