encourage thoughtful purchasing, as conscious decisions help reduce unnecessary shipping and environmental impact.
Should your purchase not be exactly as expected, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days in accordance with the policy below.

Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 14 days from the day after delivery.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day after receiving your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period (e.g. via email or through our return portal). The item must then be returned without undue delay.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Lack of original packaging may result in a deduction if the value of the item is diminished.
For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed), and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled through our return portal via “Register your return”.
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Each order is eligible for one exchange. All exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred size will be in stock when your request is processed.

A return fee of 99 SEK will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for the item until it has been received by us.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after your return has been received and inspected by us.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Purchases made with gift cards or store credit are refunded as store credit.
Non-Returnable items
Custom-made or personalised items, as well as items purchased during Archive Sale or final sale, are non-returnable unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective goods.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please register your request through our return portal via “Register your return” and include photos and details.
All claims are subject to assessment. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
Unclaimed shipments
If your order is returned to us due to failure to collect your package, a fee of 250 SEK will be applied. This fee covers shipping costs both ways, along with handling and restocking. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
