Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 14 days from the day after delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless faulty. All items must be returned in their original packaging, carefully packed for transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item.
Exchanges
To ensure availability, exchanges are handled by placing a new order for the desired item. The original item should then be returned following our standard return procedure within 14 days.

Each order includes a return form. Please complete the form and enclose it with the item in its original packaging. If your return form is missing, please contact our customer service and we will assist you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as responsibility for the return remains with the customer until received. In accordance with EU consumer law, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of return notification, once the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Purchases made with gift cards or store credit are refunded as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalised items and items purchased during final sale or clearance are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
